To be a fit for the role of Store Associate / Jewelry Associate, you will need:

-To be a self-starter with the ability to work independently, show initiative, and excel in a team environment

-A positive attitude and the ability to interact in an effective and friendly manner with customers and associates

-The ability to comprehend instructions, both verbal and written

-Proven ability to multi-task and meet shift goals and expectations

-As Store Associate/Jewelry Associate, you will ensure that our customers experience a great store shopping experience by providing first-line customer support 

-You will assist shoppers by answering questions, helping them locate merchandise, schedule piercing and tattooing appointments as needed and assisting them with the check-out process.

Here Are Some Qualities We Look For In Our Sales Specialists

Previous retail store experience (preferred)

POS scheduling software experience (MindBody POS experience a major plus)

Effective communication skills.

Builds rapport with all kinds of people inside and outside the organization.

Availability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including evenings and weekends.

Pay DOE $20-$23 Hr Total ($16.oo Hr PLUS Jewelry Sales Commission)
